At EZ Plates, we value your time and strive to provide reliable, convenient DMV concierge services. To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, please review our policies below.
Refunds apply only to EZ Plates service fees. DMV fees are passed directly to the DMV and are non-refundable.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Clients may cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid fees.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may result in a forfeiture of the service fee.
If EZ Plates must cancel, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of any service fees paid.
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost.
Reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a $50 rescheduling fee or loss of the original service fee.
All rescheduling is subject to EZ Plates’ availability.
If a client fails to be present at the agreed pickup location/time without notice, the service fee is non-refundable.
DMV-related payments will be returned, but EZ Plates cannot issue a refund for the service fee.
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to the above policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
